Answer 

Transformational leadership was my greatest mark on my Nursing leadership assessment quiz. Idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration are all components of transformational leadership (Farahnak et al. 2020). Staff like transformational leadership because it empowers them by keeping morale high and encouraging/appreciating them, according to Mushtaq et al. (2020). I completely agree with the evaluation results, as I am constantly striving to encourage, motivate, and assist my team in being as efficient as possible and providing the best patient outcomes possible.
