*Using Promethean touch screen board to access their curriculum.
*Learning and promoting new programs for children’s communication device such as Dynovox for easier learning.
*The use of switches “Big Mac” to turn on and off educational devices or items needed to access curriculum.
*The use of sensory stimuli to reach non-verbal and physically challenged students.
*Teaching survival skills to further independent the child.
*Daily living skills “toileting, grooming and eating.
*Using voice output devices for non-verbal ACC (Augmentative Alternative Communication) devices with children.
*Adaptive Physical Education to meet their physical and mental needs.
*CBI (Community Base Instruction) so that children are exposed and par take in community activities.
*Using special material for cognitive, fine motor skills to promote development with manipulative materials like fat crayons, child proof scissors, sand and playdoo.
