Reduce opportunities for student engagement in
Illegal activities
Number of students to be served each year: 900 (100 from each grade level from each school)

Staff: 45 (15 per school)
Content of activities: 1 hour homework and review of class work
1 hour of music, theater, art
1 hour of student-selected recreational
