XXX is seeking an experienced organizational strategist who has led or managed change programs, either as a consultant or in-house within an organization. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience and theory, a passion for challenging received wisdoms, and boardroom polish.

Think creatively to design organizational solutions that enable new innovations to go to market through our client’s people.
Help clients rethink their organizational purpose and values and work with design teams to express it in a compelling way
When we enable clients to design for themselves, we:
Leverage XXX’s tools and knowledge to support clients in capability building in innovation
We are looking for candidates who can:
Design a research plan and lead ‘looking in’ research and observations of an organization and understand its working dynamics to surface insights
Track the latest trends and edge thinking about the future of work and organizational design and apply this knowledge to related challenges. (e.g. Organizational Design, Training & Development, Organizational Psychology, Change Management, Organization Development and HR)
Navigate client organizations, including the C-Suite, to assess readiness for change, facilitate key decisions making, and advise on how to successfully implement projects and change management activities
Generate design solutions that best address strategic and organizational issues
Shape strategy and weave together insights and recommendations into a clear actionable plan for our clients
Work flexibly and efficiently to fluidly adapt your approach to fit the project and team needs and constraints.
Inspire, facilitate and coach design teams with a balance of design inspiration and academic research rigor to generate innovation propositions for our clients
Manage a project, including scope, timelines, budgets and client expectations
Contribute to internal projects to continue to build XXX’s knowledge and skills in organizational design
Support business development activities and communicate XXXX’s unique value proposition connected to organizational design and transformation
Relevant Experience:
XXXX is interested in candidates with 4-6 years of organizational design and strategic experience working in large business and corporate environments. Candidates should be able to share several examples of broad scale change efforts within organizations that they designed and implemented as a consultant or in-house.
XXX welcomes candidates with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, which may include MBAs, Organizational Psychology, People Operations, Learning and Development, and Change Management.
