A Group Presentation, between 5-10 minutes; to be presented in your normal lecture time.
A penalty of 10% of the mark is applied if the work is above or below the limits set.

Task 2:
Working in your pre-set teams of four, you will participate in various challenges at Condover Hall. Condover Hall is a residential centre which provides activities for teambuilding; they wish to develop their business by investigating new markets, such as weddings and conferences. The activities are provided by a separate company – Class Adventure, they want to increase their business by offering activities that appeal to adults and corporate events.
Produce a written report critically analysing your teams performance and experience of working as a team. You must include an introduction to the residential provider, Condover Hall, and the activities you were involved in.
Take part in a group presentation; continuing to work in the same groups prepare and present a presentation which provides the following information –
• An analysis of the current facilities and services at Condover Hall.
• Compare Condover Hall to other similar providers.
• Make one recommendation Condover Hall could implement.

Knowledge and Understanding 40%
Understanding of task shown; teamwork focused, identifies appropriate group working skills.
Application 20%
Application of Belbin team roles, use of examples given appropriate to context.
Analysis and Recommendations 20%
Teamwork skills are analysed, appropriate conclusions, justified actions for improvement.
Presentation 10%
Spelling, punctuation, grammar, report layout, accurate CU Harvard Referencing style, writing style academic/professional.

This assignment must be submitted as an electronic copy of your assignment via the module web. (See instructions on module web) by 23:00 on the above deadline day.
