Emergency Action Plan
Please use pages 12 -13, 21-22, and Appendix A in your book to help you with this project.
Purpose: We will discuss ways through out the semester to be prepared in any type of an emergency. Use the concepts you are taught as we progress through this course to develop an emergency action plan for your home, school, or work place (pick one). The steps below will help you organize your plan and defines what you will need to include to develop a good plan of action in the event that an emergency happens.
Identify important information (20 Points)
Address and phone number
People in your home (p.444)- number of people, age, etc.
Think about style of home and who lives in your home (p. 444).
Location of important medical and insurance information.
Emergency phone numbers, Doctors Numbers
First Aid Kit and Emergency Equipment (20 points)
Identify important equipment needed in the home and wear it is located (p.444).

Identify types of possible emergencies that you may face (20 points):

Identify how it will affect your home and how you will react.

Organization, proper punctuation, outline format.
Plan has a good flow and is easy to understand by all ages.
