Development activities: the identification of specific activities for you to participate in that will target the specific knowledge or skill you identified as a development objective. Activities may include behavioral exercises, community involvement, seminars or skill workshops.
Resources/Support: note what material resources and people you may need to utilize to participate in the designated development activities.
Potential obstacles: List any potential barriers to the accomplishment of your development activities. Barriers may include your current traits, habits, and styles as well as support, time, and resources.
Evidence of progress: Define specific standards that you can utilize to assess your performance.
