What did the sequencing analysis show? Did the results of the sequence analysis agree with those of the hybridisation analysis?

Which method (hybridisation or sequencing) is better? Explain why?

Which method would be better if you had mixtures of meat in the product? Explain your answer.

Are there any other methods that could be used to do this experiment? How would they be an improvement on the current methods?
