After conducting a needs assessment and administering an assessment of personality type/learning style with the class, you learn that two thirds of the training group has learning preferences, which are unlike your own. Using the concepts derived from the Myers‐Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), prepare a module for a half‐day training program (approximately 3 hours). Most of the course activities you designed should focus on the group whose MBTI types are opposite to yours, while using some activities to accommodate the rest of class. You may select any appropriate topic of interest for your training.
